AGC archery range and x bows?

Is the archery range at AGC open and can you use a crossbow on your own target block?

Where do people sight in their crossbows?

My yard is not safe enough, Arundel Archers is close but bans crossbows from their property.

Ft Meade use to have an impromptu archery range, but the last time I was there I picked up 3 ticks just checking out the area.

I am not an RSO, but I did the range orientation for my club last night. The archery range is open. The range rules say "bow", not recurve, compound or cross. I would call the range and ask an RSO before I made the drive.

Crossbows are permitted. Field points only if using AGC supplied targets.
(I teach AGC Range Orientation and walk through classes on behalf of MSI)

I'm a frequent user of the Archery range

I'm also NOT an RSO. I have been using a crossbow with my own targets for a while. With the new Archery Range setup, the Range has furnished field targets, and I think they also are a big black foam one too. See the photo. I recently donated a 3D Glen Del target that is qualified for Crossbow and Broadheads (see Photo). I noticed on my last visit, they how have a table and stool setup for Crossbow users. Looking good now.
