    Under PA law , the AG had authority to * Add * Reciprosity , but did not have statutory authority to Remove Reciprosity .

    They keep electing Democrat AGs who obviously won't restore the original reciprocity agreements and Governors who won't sign any potential fix legislation.
    And IIRC the PA Supreme Court (also corrupt) upheld the changes made by Kane.
