    Revolver family

Here is my collection. 2 Rugers and 1 Smith. I just got the Ruger Security Six off gunbroker. For a gun made in 76, its in awesome shape. I'm either going for a Match Champion or another Ruger revolver in 22lr next. I love my Glocks but something about revolvers have been drawing themselves to me lately.

Posting my gun show finds from this past weekend. $25 for all three.

These are old school LE “basketweave” holsters.

SW model 60 is a perfect fit and my SW 66 (a snubbie) was handy to check the fit for the 4 inch barrel K frames.

I went to my LGS to put three guns on consignment and thought this one was too cool to leave in the store. It's a Colt Frontier Scout in 22 Mag.

The handles are a little loose, but when I tighten the screw it protrudes from the grip on the other side. I guess I'll have to make some shims or thin spacers for it. The gun is clean, the cylindar tight and the trigger is crisp but smooth. I can't wait to put some rounds through it.

Digging way back but I'm going to keep an eye out for one of these

Really fun guns. There are models with interchangeable 22LR and 22Mag cylinders. Prices about a year ago were probably $400-450 for one in decent condition with both cylinders. Don't know if they've moved up or down since.

Here's a shooter grade one (some freckling on the barrel) in 22LR for $275 ...

If interested, after no one bids and the auction closes, might be worth contacting the seller and offering $250.

Note the frames on these are aluminum, and while they don't rust, the blue color flakes off.

Finished fitting some new grips to my Vaqueros. LSgrips made them for me out of curly walnut and shipped them oversize and unfinished, because I wanted to make them 1/4" longer than the frame and still do a little with them on my own. So I did the final fit and finish (hand rubbed on Tru Oil). Turned out fantastic.

The guns are also customized by their previous owner (a late family friend). Fully tuned, matte finish on the barrels and cylinder frames, left the cylinders and grip frames bright, and jeweled the triggers and hammers.
