oh, and for the record, the 40 round bulgarians have fed FLAWLESSLY. They've been my go-to range mags for a while now, with nary a hickup through several WASRs and a Saiga conversion.

I had tended to shy away from anything more than a 30 rounder after an incident with Promag left a bad taste in my mouth. These have been completely reliable, however.

The 40 round steel Korean ones are pretty good too. Not quite as nice as the Bulgarians in my opinion since there's no finish on them, they are just painted, and they are not made of stainless steel and rust extremely quickly where the paint chips off- that said, some ballistol on the spring and any place the paint chips off, and there's nary a speck of rust on the the treated ones.

I left one bare just to see if it would rust. And it did, but not horribly, and not on the spring.
