Forged this tomahawk as a demo at Kinder Farm Park on Monday night, wrapped then forge welded. cleaned it up with files and grinder today, still need to heat treat and maybe blue it.

Very nice! That's good work. I'm about to start blacksmithing. I have a small forge made from 2 soft fire bricks and last weekend I bought a 20" piece of rail road rail to shape into my first anvil.

I really like the rough straight from the forge texture, contrasted by the filework. Very nice piece.

Tried my hand at blacksmithing with a friend. We built a forge out of an 18-wheeler brake drum but never got real good at working the fire. Even bought an old (and really beat up) 200 pound anvil.

Have to keep this club in mind for the future. Man that'd be sweet to get in to
