DD Mk 18 just where I want it for now-- adding the Geissele SSA over the stock MILSPEC trigger made a world of difference.

Good looking set up. I have the DDM4V7p, same thing basically but with their mlok rail. I just Form 1 SBR'd it. JUST makes the 29 OAL cut off with the B5 Enhanced Sopmod stock.

What buffer weight are you using?

Mine came with an H, then I moved to an H2 and now I am using a Spikes Tactical T3 buffer (5.5 oz). I run this set up dedicated suppressed with a Saker 556 and mainly use full power 5.56 brass.

It still cycles steel case but I haven't tested those to a high round count or on a dirty rifle.

My DD is with the revised .70 gas port FWIW.

I too upgraded to a Geissele SSA-E. What a difference. Although the DD mil spec trigger I took out was highly polished on the sear surfaces - and the markings look identical to an ALG Defense (sister company to Geissele) trigger. I have heard no official word that DD does this, but whatever it is, it's def an improvement over some other mil spec triggers i've ran. Tossed it in my wife's AR.

Not quite a ar15 but put this together recently. Wanted to build upper myself but gave up trying to find parts I needed in stock anywhere and slapped a bca side charger on it. So far it functions great and is surprisingly accurate for such a cheap upper.

If you want to lap the upper sometime, just let me know. I have lapping tools for AR-15 and AR-10.

Put this together, P80 lower, 4.5" RTB 22LR barrel and bolt kit, and a bunch of spare parts I had laying around. Fun to run suppressed.
