    Hey All,

Just wondering if there are any manufacturers or brick and mortar vendors that sell IPSC cardboard targets or just precut cardboard lifesized targets in the DMV area. I use them to train and as backers for paper targets. I can order them online but I live in a condo so it would slightly awkward for me when the housing office gets a bundle of "life-sized/humaniesque" targets...

    Thanks for any input.

if you hit a uspsa or idpa or 2/3 gun match, they most likely will have a bunch of these thrown in the trash after the match. or even better, will let you pull them off the target stands after the match. and/or you might be able to buy a box of new ones off of them. but i think if you order a box from target barn, shooters connection or wherever, they come in a "square" rectangular box which is not in the shape of a target (ie no head outline).

whenever we get a tv, appliance, whatever with a large cardboard box, i always cut it up into usable portions (for targets, backers or for laying on when working on bikes and cars).

Collect left over campaign signs. One of the 4x8 signs will make several backers for paper targets. They last a lot longer than cardboard.
