    Definitely a Model 97, no loading gate.

    Also I think I see just a hint of an external hammer, but could be a shadow. Either way, 1897s didn't have a loading gate, model 12s did

    I dont think it is a Remy model 17 because the barrel band is too far from the foregrip, the trigger guard is too close to the loading port, and Remington didn't produce the model 17 until 1921.

    The Spencer 1890 is eliminated because of the foreend shape . From the angle and resolution , can't definitively say between Win 1893 and Win 1897 .
