Wonderful to see it come together! What is your process for loading the chambers? You use 209 primers and 50 cal round ball. What kind and how much powder? Did you make a loading tube to pour the powder and push the ball into a chamber? Anything else you do special? How long did it take you to load the 60 chambers?

Does the box on the right hold loaded chambers and the one on the left catch the spent chambers?

The box on the left catches them and the right holds the chambers but I use it for some tools I need every so often
For loading the chamber’s I modified a Mec 600 JR Shoot gun reloader 12ga to reload the chambers. The first station pops out the old primers and Then the next press in the new primer then to the powder is dropped 50gr’s 3f Black powder then it to the last station where I press in the ball and I add a little bullet lube on top of the ball (MCM lube)
