I went to a UPS Store and got mine scanned. It needs to be in a .eft file format. Then you can upload them to the ATF eForms site as needed for anything.
If you are just buying from Silencer Shop use their kiosk.
Is Silencer shop the fastest and easiest? I need a .30 cal can soon I think.

How do I find the status of my form 4? I see that Individuals are getting them approved in a few days. I did mine as a trust. I'm on week 8.
I’m on week 17, for my two trusts. If your FFL did your certification, you won’t be able to see its progress. PSG did mine, and I can’t see sh!t. Even if they check, most likely, it will only say in progress

Can any UPS store do it. I am near Frederick, MD. They can save the file if EFT format?

Finding a local shop that has what you want in stock and will eFile would be fastest. Buying direct from SS and going through one of their dealers is fairly painless and only slightly slower.

Having the item in stock when you buy and having a silencer shop kiosk at the same location means you likely can submit the form 4 immediately, which saves a few weeks and a trip for prints. If you find a local shop with a kiosk, it is a good idea to inquire about what inventory they have in stock or inbound.

I just certified another one today at Archelon, hoping for a quick turn.

Edit: one other thing to keep in mind is that inventory seems to be running thin with these reduced wait times.
