Has anyone experience with this place? Do they have a limit on what kind of rifles you could shoot? I didn't see any restrictions.

It's no better or worse than any other public range.

When I first started shooting, I was a member there and got a lot of mileage out of my membership. The folks there always treated me decently and I scored some real deals at their annual members-only sale.

The prices don't seem that bad but I was hoping to shoot my Garand dang.

I know that they do not allow any black powder per their rules. I saw them turn someone with a rifle away and they told him they only allowed smaller calibers...it appeared to be a .308. But I have seen an individual shooting a .22 win mag. So Long and short...just give them a call. Thy have usually been very friendly to me. (410) 551-7777.

I've been a couple of times, pistols & PCC only. I haven't had any bad experiences there, but I usually get there as soon as they open to avoid the crowds.

    Very fair.

I haven't been there in a while and let my membership lapse, but that's on me, not them.

I've never has a bas experience shooting there, and only one purchasing (and he went away a long time ago)

I was a member for about 10 years and got some pretty good deals there. That was before they rebuilt the place. I would say it is much better now than it was.

They also give a law enforcement discount if your agency allows you to take it.

Give it a shot (pun intended) but don't go in the dark.

Not bad in general, but not watched well. My worst day was getting swept 3 times by a guy holding a .22 rifle. 1st time I'm like "Hey watch that!", 2nd was really stupid. I sent my wife for a RO while I watched him and cased our pistols. Then he swept me and the RO as he walked up. We left. Don't know what they did...

The parking lot can be sketchy, and there were reports in years past of bad guys following folks from the range and breaking into their cars. Haven't heard about that for a good while, though.

The problem with any public range that isn't closely supervised is, as others have said, danger from other shooters. Just take a look at all the bullet strikes in the baffles and the ceiling. If you go, keep your head on a swivel.

The shop is nice, but the range is usually way too crowded for an indoor. Always see lots of Gangsta types there as well. Also have read about a couple stalking's and smash and grabs after leaving that place too.
