Handguns manufactured prior to 1985
Sorry to be so vague here, but could someone explain the '1985 rule' to me? I'm assuming the handgun still needs to be registered with MSP even if purchased from an online retailer. Do I need to prove the manufacture date? Are there any handguns manufactured prior to 1985 that would NOT be... -

Getting a gun onto the handgun roster?
I saw a few reviews of the Lionheart LH9 (http://www.lionheartindustries.com/mk2/). It looks like a great gun but it does not appear on the MSP Handgun Roster. I emailed Lionheart and they say that they are working on getting it on the Roster. How long does this process take? Thanks,
