      New Rifle, stock stain is getting on to my hand

      What do you do when you have a new rifle and the stain/finish is rubbing off onto my hands. I know today was a hot day and my hands might have been a little sweaty, but should it do that? It is a Rossi Circuit Judge 44 mag. Should I put something on the stock?

      Would I have to register my stock?

      I recently bought a Butler Creek folding stock for my 10/22, and it has a pistol drip. and was wondering if this new "Legislation" passes would I have to register my stock? I am under 18 so if it passes what would I do? Just shoot it at home?

      Does anyone know what the cups on either side of the Supernova collapsible stock near the sling slot are for? At first I thought they might be for QD swivels, but that doesn't seem to be the case. I'm perplexed...
