    Not law until the Gov has a massive and elaborate signing ceremony.

    But I agree, Brown, MoCo, Alsobrooks and Baltimore City probably have target lists at hand.
    The governor doesn't need to sign it for it to become law.

    I missed that story. So amazingly stupid that you are bound to be correct. Chicago is right, it is Glock's fault that a device (not made by Glock) that has been used twice in crimes in Maryland is Glock's fault for not making it harder to commit a crime.

    Car manufacturers should be sued for making cars that can go 71 mph (fastest speed limit in MD is 70).

    Don't worry. The fed is trying to push something that limits cars from going over 10mph of the posted speed. How the heck they plan to do that is beyond me, but they just keep going for more and more.
