Just checking here- Is IMR4064, H4064 and Accurate 4064 all the same? Just different manufacturers of the same powder, right?

I would not use one for the other. They can be used, generally, for reloading similar cartridges, but I would go with each powder's recommendations. I have yet to find anything claiming they are directly interchangeable.

I've never heard of H4064. Accurate 4064 and IMR4064 are entirely different powders, as evidenced by their MSDS sheets, and reloading data for one can't be used for the other. IMR4064 has been reappearing in online stores in the past few weeks. I was able to pick up some from Midway a couple weeks ago, and Brownells had it this week. That's the first I've seen of it at retail in probably a year. It's my go-to powder for 30-06.
