Roughly 5 pounds of shredded pork up for grabs. CAVEAT: This is from a whole pig that I cooked last July. The pig was an entact male, and was 2+ years old. I had the same type of pig the year before and it was fantastic. This one though, was not. Very "musky". The meat has a smell and a flavor.

So it's not raw meat for a dog diet, it's not great shredded pork you'd normally be happy to serve your family (although your tastes may be different than mine), but it is naturally raised pork slow cooked for about 20 hours.

It's been vaccuum packed since July, and free to whoever wants it. Pickup in Mt Airy. If it ain't gone in a week it goes to the dump.
