Double hook has 2 groves by the trigger opening. To use one you will either have to remove one hook or modify the receiver. Easiest is to just buy a single hook trigger.

I put a double hook in my Saiga by filing another notch in the receiver, only took a couple of minutes. But most of my AKs have a single hook. There's no difference in performance or trigger pull between them.
The Russians stopped using a double hook once they started with stamped receivers.

if you're intent on putting a double hook into a single hook receiver, don't ruin the receiver by cutting another notch.
grind on the forward/bottom section of the ejection-side hook on the trigger until it breaks cleanly, but with no overtravel.
beats the shit out of cutting a hole in your receiver, then having sloppy trigger feel.
If you're gonna do it, at least do it right.
