another ar build ?

So i am going to complete a lower that i got my brother for christmas for his birthday.

i have used the PSA lower build kit for my ar and was just wondering does anyone else sell a complete lower build kit like PSA http://palmettostatearmory.com/index.php/ar-15-05/lower-parts/build-kits.html

Midway sells Del-ton complete rifle kits pretty damn cheap. Everything including the bcg and charging handle.

saw them but i already have the lower . and its a birthday gift not a you saved my life gift :innocent0

Kits almost always have everything EXCEPT the lower....
