Picked up a Weatherby Vanguard .308 that I put on layaway today. Tim was able to mount a Nikon prostaff and bore site it for me. Place was packed, since they were closed for vacation/invetory last week.

Very impressed with the quality of the vanguard (howa). Good trigger and high quality feel. Hard to beat the vanguard for the price. Always end up bringing something home every time i leave there.


Im glad the scrap prices are edging back up.

Im good right now. Going to take my ruger m77 in on saturday for Tim to do a trigger job. Need to save up some $ for hunting season. Going to be buying a Wva hunting lic. Going to deer hunt with a co-worker down in GWNF in Wardensville.
