I can trade you some lizard litter walnut or whatever.

I know some people buy it in really big bags.

I have a big bag, but will not be in town for a while.

Pet Smart has smaller bags also. Look for Kay Kob.

I've used treated corn cob media for years, and have found that crushed walnut shells ("Lizard Litter") cleans really dirty brass. . . . . better.

With that said, IF you can't find any, locally, Bass Pro had some the last time I was there. (About 2 weeks ago.)

Some are, I got a bag somewhere that was too large of pieces.

The Kay Kob is large, but usable size.

How much do you need. I have been mixing the pet store crushed wal nut with corn cob. When I get home I think I may have half a bag that came with my tumbler.

    a 5lb tumbler's worth.

I use walnut for the first cleaning, but its so dusty, I wanted to try straight cob for the post sizing/trimming lube removal.

I know some people buy the 25lb bulk bags of cob blasting media.

Corn cob sucks for lube removal. But I will check once I get home late tonight I have a baseball game in DC to take in.

I add NuFinish and a couple dryer sheets to my walnut media to make brass shiny and dust free.

I bought a big bag of Lizard Cob from WalMart for like $4.00 and at my rate this bag will last me a few life times. I'm not in your precinct, but, it's cheap enough to just buy at the wally-world for sure.
