I have been trying to find laws or regulations related to target shooting on private property in Caroline County, but haven't had any luck. I have googled and searched the site and can't find anything other than a noise ordnance exemption.

The property I will be on is 15+ acres.

Can anyone point me in the right direction? I am hoping that since I haven't been able to find anything, I should be good to go!:party29:

Unless you are in an incorporated town, you are good to go. We live in a "development" in the county and a neighbor had a shooting day. Someone called the PoPo (Caroline Sheriff) and they came out and said that everything was OK but be considerate of your neighbors. Courtesy goes a long way in the country. Have fun!
