The other side has unlimited funds (ours), so an appeal is a no brainer...

That's good news, but you still can't (legally) sell or give it away if you make your own, which is wrong.

I guess. Sure, it would be good if that gets changed. But you haven't been able to be in the business of selling guns since GCA (pre-GCA?). Yes of course you could always sell your guns, but still a bit of a line between selling your guns and selling something you made.

Hopefully that does get changed, but that is harder to get worked up over than it effectively being a crime to MAKE a gun.

2A still stands. Someday, order and true law will prevail and much of the commie plans to disarm "the people" will be righted by constitutionally minded folk. We have witnessed in other lands what became of disarmed people under tyrants.
