DPF&G Stream Work

Any one know if the Stream Project is complete? I would like to hit the rifle range early and would hate to drive up there and find it closed. Checked the calendar, supposed to be open.

Closed yesterday because the parking was being used for
A 75 student hunter safety class. Closed today for a private event. I dont know if the construction is done yet.
