Draw-Tite Luggage Rack

Two inch receiver mount luggage rack made by Draw-Tite . Free to first person that can pick it up within a week in 21060. Must pick up but 4/24 or it will go to the next person that wants it.
I was storing this in the basement for the last 15 years and have not used it since I bought it. I hate to see it rust away in the yard.
