Email turned off on account???

I tried sending a test email to myself but it tells me my email settings are set that I do not receive emails. I never set that.

Where do I turn that off so I get emails?

That may be off by default.

1 Top right hand corner, drop down menu 'Quick Links'.

2 Pick 'Edit Options' in the middle of that menu.

3 Click box for 'Recieve emails from other members'.

Done.

That is already checked. Still getting the error.
