Folding Stock Adapter for an AR-15 or M4 what are your thoughts?

II am considering a foldable stock adapter for an M4 type AR. I have a smaller pack for transport and think that a quick fold is better than reassembling two pins. Has anyone ever used a foldable stock adapter and are there any drawbacks with one?

I thought about that when I do my backpack 300 blackout. I’m thinking about either the Law Tactical or Sylvan Arms

I have a law tactical on a 300BO pistol and have had zero problems. Only downside is that it’s a single shot when folded. I knew that going in.

I'd personally be looking at a bufferless upper and then using a proper picatinny rail folder. The LAW made a lot of sense when it came out, but the options have gotten much better.

I agree. I have several laws but am switching over to CMMG Dissent for my bag gun. I have since found out that SB gives 30% off your first purchase if you are a Vet or LEO so I am going with the SF1913A folder for my Dissent 300 Blackout.
