Frederick area gunsmith

Any recommendations for a gunsmith in the Frederick area that could do some work on my SCAR 17?

I’m looking to have the barrel chopped and the muzzle brake pinned a welded. Also have some QD mounts installed that require the receiver screws to be removed.

I tried removing the screws, but they started to strip even when heated up. Rather have a professional take care of it.

Doc Harren may be an option too for this work. He’s located near 355/75 and while I think of him mostly for accurate bolt guns, the list of work could be in his wheel house.
