Good pill for 308 subsonic

What's a good projectile to use for subsonic rounds? Doing some research that people like to use 30-30 bullets but would like to use somthing a little more aerodynamic if I can.

For a bolt gun you can really use everything that fits. The heavier the bullet, the more energy you get in the target but I have shot 110 grain varmint bullets out of a .308 bolt gun at subsonic speeds.

The really long bullets may not be stable with a barrel twist that was optimized for supersonic loads.
