Hello from Lexington Park

Hello everyone! Joined to today and recently got started getting into fire arms, looking to learn from veternas. So go easy on me if I ask a lot of "newbie" questions. I guess I am consider a recreational shooter, I'm not sure if I will call myself that even. that's because I have several fire arms now, but have not shoot any of them. Have several friends keep telling me they will take me to a Range on Great Mills, thus far nothing has happened yet. I did find where the Myrtle Grove range is located in La Plata, actually planned on shooting week end.

So any insight of "dos and don'ts" at this range will be greatly appreciated. Thank you..
