Hey all - just sounding off to say hello and I wanted to thank the members of this forum for all the handy info out here!
Brief into: Retired USMC and Air National Guard. Currently in my 7 day waiting period for my first handgun - Sig Sauer P365 (original model). Hoping to start practicing with it quickly after I pick it up next week. Figured it was the right time to register on this site and to get involved in the conversations.
I'm down in Calvert County and it looks like we all have the same problem to where it's just difficult to find places close by to shoot safely.
However, on that, I hear folks around me firing all the time - so I guess my main and first question would be: are any of those folks that shoot on their private property (Prince Frederick / Huntingtown / Central Calvert area) members of this forum by any chance?
I see this as a possible opportunity to establish new relationships, make some new friends, and to share our hobby.
