How in the heck do you find new members

A guy i know and work for says he has joined but i can't find him even as a registered member. The member list is crazy to scan. I just wanted to drop him a line (PM)

I find the easiest way to find a member is to do an advanced search for posts by that person.

Of course that won't help you find your no-post buddy. But if he never posts, is he really a member?

Smaller members tend not to get noticed, but don't worry! Eventually they'll rise to the occasion.
