Perjuring yourself by lying on a form signed under penalty of perjury is its own crime, unrelated to what the question was or whether it was legal/constitutional to ask it. It might be possible that the 4473 drug question may be ruled unconstitutional, but the defendant still found guilty of knowingly lying on the form.

Attempting to cite Bruen for an offense that occurred before the Bruen ruling shows how desperate the Biden family lawyers are to protect Hunter from being placed in a situation where he could bring the whole house of cards down.

Hunter Biden asked the Third Circuit to dismiss his felony firearms-related charges Wednesday, after a lower court judge resoundingly affirmed the Justice Department's right to try him.

President Joe Biden’s son currently faces one count of unlawful possession of a firearm and two additional false statement charges arising from his purchase of a gun in 2018 while he was using drugs. Hunter Biden’s counsel previously submitted three separate motions to throw out the indictment, each of which were denied on Friday by U.S. District Court Judge Maryellen Noreika in Delaware.

In his appeal to the federal circuit court Wednesday, Biden argues those motions were wrongfully denied.

Yea, he's the Presidents kid but he is not only a scum bag, loser, and drug addict - he's also been a dead beat dad forced to pay for the kid he made by knocking up a stripper, who he cheated with to get away from his dead brothers sister who he was *also* having sex with... All after getting tons of money from Burisma and Ukraine/China for basically influence peddling as he had NO expertise with oil/gas or anything remotely related to international law that would qualify him in any known universe to bring in the $$$ he was bringing in for what seemed to be a do nothing job. Ridiculous and shameless. He literally filmed himself having sex with prostitutes while smoking crack, shaving his own butthole, and later sodomizing what seemed to be a *clearly* under age woman. How dysfunctional can someone be, and get away with what that fool has gotten away with? I bet the Secret Service has guys on him 24/7 until after the election to keep him from doing stupid things that might embarrass his father even more - not that he seems to care as apparently Hunter is the smartest guy he knows....

Hunter is rarely ever seen with his new wife, who he married all of a couple of weeks after meeting her, and I would not be surprised if things aren't exactly bliss in that relationship at this point as the new wife is often vacationing alone with her secret service detail and the kids.

The irony in all of this is most people have NO clue about ANY of this because the MSM just refuses to cover most of it.
