While I am cutting down the number of guns I own prior to eventually going to Florida, some things I just can't pass up.
While they have been out for a long time, I had no interest in the Uberti Cattleman 12 shot .22LR. The reason was that I was shooting full size guns in calibers such as .44 Mag and .45 Colt. Arthritis has also helped me to downsize and replacing my 1873 .45 Colt with a .22 LR in a gun with the same feel makes sense.
Last night I bought a Taylor's Uberti .22LR Cattleman from Tall Tales Sporting Goods in Russell, PA. This is a mom and pop shop that always has good selections. I'll be transferring it through Chesapeake Shooting Center, owned by one of our MDS members.
I can't wait to get it.
