Sure looks like it, but I have not used one. You almost can't go wrong depending on what you want to use it for. With a 32mm objective, it may not let in a whole lot of light.

If you go with Amazon, might I suggest you use smile.amazon and add in your preference to donate to SAF or your favorite charity.

Ive had one for about a year now on my 10/22 and have done a couple Appleseeds with it. Its a nice scope for the money. The only down side is its a bit on the heavy side but i would definitely buy another one.

Speaking of 10/22 scopes, why do they call the generic 3/8" .22 mount a "tip off" mount?
I'm a noob at mounts and scopes, and was just wondering.

The Tip Off name is many years old and is actually a Weaver trademark. But yeah, in terms of how the term is used, think rings designed for 3/8 dovetail receivers, found on USA made .22 rimfire and similar typically.
