ISO of Bids to Build a Shed Base

In the process of shopping for a shed and am going to need to have a base built in my backyard.

The shed will be 10x16 and so the base needs to be 12x18. There is roughly 11" of falloff from the highest to the lowest points.

Why are you wanting 12" outside the shed all the way around? You'll never be able to keep water out of it.

Kind of Figured that the water should be dripping into the gravel instead of the dirt/grass.

Oh I got you. I was thinking a concrete or wood base for the shed to sit on.
