Pushing this out as Sonaran Desert Institute (SDI) sponsored seminar is being instructed my Daniel O'Kelley. He is former ATF agent. If you remember a few years back ATF rolled in on a retailer and confiscated all of his significant 80% stock. Within weeks the entire stock was returned without further legal action. O'Kelley was expert witness for defense and helped write legal filing. The ATF was not willing to take on their best (former) subject matter expert when he flat out told them they (ATF) had no case and were flat out wrong.

I've watched most of this video - good information, especially being careful not to make an NFA regulated firearm.

However, he said something that I have a question about: He mentioned transporting a self-made firearm over state lines might create an interstate commerce issue - not that is was illegal, but that it might be an issue.

I didn't hear any further clarification - is anyone familiar with what issue and the defense thereof?
