Light primer strikes..No Boom!

A lovely PM in Garrett Co. So off to the range.Two groups of fill in the blanks.
Bud, Says I ,Let us not tarry. First 4 rounds no joy. Light hammer/primer hit.
Ammo used.. Federal XM193F 5.56 M193 ball.
Took it over to Jasons. Took the bolt out,sprayed Gun Scrubber inside the bolt.
Fired 4 Quickly,Then back to light hits. He will put in a heavier main spring in the trigger group tomorrow. Will that fix the problem?

are we talking ar-15?
make sure the hammer spring is installed correctly as this can cause light strikes.
