LOCAL (Cecil Co Area?) Gunsmith/Machinist to do Quality Re-Crown?

I have a heavy contour (1.100" diameter) chrome-moly 22LR barrel that needs about 1/4" removed and to be recrowned. This is for a BR competition rifle, so the work must be top level (i.e. bore dialed in). I would like to get this done quickly (no significant lead time), and would much prefer someone within about an hour's drive from Elkton, MD. I do not want to ship it off if I can have the job done "locally". Any recommendations would be appreciated.

You are close to Delaware. Give the Delaware Pistol Club a call. They may have info for someone closer to you than a Baltimore located smith.
