Here is a tough one.
My wifes 39 year old son, his wife and their 4 year old daughter need a 2 bed room place to rent in AA county.
The husband and wife do not have good credit. They are both leaving their half way houses, but can not get their little girl back without a place to live.
They are both hopefully ex drug users. Not the kind of people you see on Cops. They would celebrate good fortune with drugs at times. They had a very successful and lucrative tree trimming business in the Leonardtown area. Until about 8 months ago when it all came tumbling down.
All right so they are now in various programs and are tested constantly, you no the drill. Not violent hell raising people. Just got them selves caught up in self medication..
So the little girl is in a foster home right now. The courts will not allow them to have her back unless they have a place where they can all live.
They can afford up to 1600/month. They can pay a security deposit.
They have been calling Everywhere and being turned down of course. A trailer would be fine also. Good people just got into some bad life choices.
