    Hello,
There's a "want to buy post" on the trader asking for a .22Mag lever rifle. I have a Marlin 1894M .22 magnum and was wondering what a reasonable value would be. I would include a few hundred rounds of ammo too. I know the 1894M is somewhat uncommon and was made 1 or 2 years. The rifle's only flaw is that the previous owner added sling swivels so there's a hole in the buttstock and the forearm. I'm not looking to make a killing or retire on the sale I just would like to know a fair value.
    Thanks!

$525 or so. Maybe $475 because of the swivel holes. Assuming condition is otherwise very good.

Do you still have the swivels? Having them on there wouldn't bother me. Plain holes would.

Fairly scarce gun, last one (which was 100% pristine) I saw sold for $650.

I know I dont need another caliber but I dont think you will have any problem selling it between $450 and $550.

Thanks for the information gentlemen. I put it up on the for sale forum. Maybe someone will be interested in it.
