Time's a Wastin! If you haven't yet signed up to attend the Annual Meeting and Election of officers and directors, now is the time to do it! Don't be left out in the cold.
Just go to the MSRPA website at http://msrpa.org/events.php?id=66 and reserve a place NOW! Or scroll down to the registration form below, print it, and mail itin with your check. On Sunday October26th it will be too late.
We were going to make this a surprise, but instead have decided to announce ahead of time that every attendee (directors and officers excepted) will receive a raffle ticket for the M1 Carbine MSRPA is raffling off to help fund 2ndAmendment litigation in Maryland. Additionally, every attendee will receive a ticket for the door prize drawing…a Polymer80 80% AR-15 lower receiver.
Don't forget that our guest speaker will be DAVID KEENE, immediate past president of NRA and opinion page editor for the Washington Times, the other major newspaper in Washington, DC and the 2nd Amendment supporting newspaper.
There will also be plenty of good food, a cash bar, and awards for outstanding marksmanship in 2014 will be presented to the winners in the various MSRPA-sanctioned competitions in Maryland. Plus we will honor those Defenders of Freedom who worked so hard to preserve our 2nd Amendment rights in Maryland in 2013 and 2014. Without their efforts the Firearms Safety Act of 2013 would have been much more restrictive and draconian, possibly confiscatory.
Sign up today - don't delay - join your fellow 2nd Amendment supporters, fellow gun owners and shooters, and most of all, have a good time! Hope to see you on the 26th at the Rolling Road Golf Club, 814 Hilltop Road, Catonsville, MD 21228
And as a final thought, don't forget to VOTE!. Vote for those who supported your 2nd Amendment rights ( http://msrpa.org/events.php?id=83 ). Remember, after the upcoming midterm election in November, the legislature will not be worried about elections until the primaries in 2016. Those hoplophobes in the General Assembly who fear your guns will have another shot at them next year. Vote smart this year!
Hope to see you there!
