For the next 2 years while they renovate the old building.
(Now we know where all the extra money went.) :D

    New address:

    1201 Reisterstown Rd.

Behind the HQ building. Look for the radio tower,

Turn onto E. Sudbrook Ln like before

But now turn left into the first driveway and drive back until you are behind the library. The licensing division is in the temporary buildings between the library and the MSP Executive Bldg. You could park in the library lot off Reisterstown Rd and walk back through the gate too.

Is this move expected to have any effect on processing times for things such as: Handgun Permits, HQL's, Collector Designations, and Handgun purchase applications?

I asked how long they would be in the temp building and that's what I was told.

2 years. I didn't ask any other questions.

I've seen them build a CVS from a dirt lot in 2 months.

Ever seen Extreme Home Make over? 3K sq. ft, house from hole in the ground to hanging family photos in a week.

Obviously commercial construction takes much longer, but there's no sense in it taking more than 250-300 days flat.
