Rear trunnion holes are next... And I can't find my old rear receiver pieces. :mad54:

yup. I'm too cheap to buy a spot welder. Mig .023 works for me. :party29:

Using a bolt cutter to install the front trunnion rivets. A press and car jack stands install the trigger guard rivets. All from Harborfreight. :o

Very nice... I want to weld all my builds hopefully... It'd be nice if I had a gas shielded mig though... The one my brother has is just a fluxcore deal.

I'd stick with rivets. Original and secure. I've seen a weld build come apart.

However, I have this milled yugo rpk parts kit that I do plan on doing a weld build to a stamped receiver some day.

I've got a friend who can tig and I think thats probably what I'm going to wind up doing...I'm not too worried about his welds coming apart...
