I been cleaning out my dad’s stash since his passing and I have a bunch of oak hand rails that are mixed lengths ranging from 11 inches to over 7 feet. Plus two(I think) posts and multiple other white slats I assume. Free to anyone who can pick up close to Damascus/Mt. Airy/Clarksburg area. Please PM me if interested.

Nice giveaway. Those rails are crazy expensive at Lowes. Like $150 for a 12 footer.

Thanks for the thoughts on my dad! Yeah they are expensive but nobody in our household can use them so we decided to offer them up here. We will probably donate them to the Shady Grove transfer station If nobody here wants them.

I will take one length of the handrail off you. I only need about 3 feet. PM me where you would like to meet. I drive 70 to 27, then down to clarksburg every day.

Thanks for the hand rail! FYI for anyone reading, he still has plenty left.

Do you suppose that the Habit For Humanity store would be a good option? Some years ago they did a pick up for my neighbor.
Maybe but I was going to donate them at the Shady Grove transfer station as I heard they take unused building supplies. Didn’t know Habitat for Humanity had stores? Any links?
