Has these two tools refinished at Duffy's. John cleaned the nastiness and rust off of them and then parkerized them. They look amazing. Then, of course, I discovered my grandpa's old saw and now I have a new project for John! Here are the tools. I didn't have the forethought to take any "before" pics. I will take before and after pics of the saw and post them here. These tools are pretty modern. I think 1940s era from Germany, but exported to Palestine (before it was Israel), hence the English marking (Palestine was Brit in those days).

Great preservation and conversation pieces........BUT......the orginal patina (hence rust) was probably better (historically and for collector value ) unless the were not funtional with rust.

Either way a great way to remember the past.

    Congrats.
