I concur. It had good general content for what it was though. ARM's only fit very particular situations in my book in general. I'm as conservative as they come when it comes to this.

I was hoping you were good for Tenn but from checking your website it doesn't look like it. my wife and I are seriously looking at properties down that way and wanted to prequal before heading down.
