Where can I go to a rifle range without being a member?

I live in towson.

I go to FreeState Gun Range when I can. Good people there and unlike Continental will allow you to shoot intermediate-size rifle calibers (.223, 7.62x39, etc).

Otherwise I hike it up to hap baker. It isn't that bad of a drive and the trip itself goes by faster than you think.
