pullpup shotguns legal ?

Looking around PSA's website. Are these Md. legal and sold as long guns?
Barrel 18.5" oal 28" semi-auto. I'm just not up on bullpups

1250fps (or more) seems to be the magical number for reliable function.

Had time over the weekend to run some rounds thru this thing.
My take take on it is "Get one" they are a blast. A little on the heavy side weight wise but not horrible.
If the price is still $399.00 when they are back in stock.
