Putting Magpul MOE handguards on Zastava Mpap92 AK 47

I know the magpul site says they don't fit the yugo style AK 47 but someone was able to mod the handguard retainer ring assembly & the MOE handguard to fit here's the YT video

So I was trying to get a replacement handguard retainer ring assembly (because I'm uncomfortable modding my OE assembly) but was having trouble finding a direct Zastava MPAP92 handguard retainer ring assembly I was wondering if this Russian Arsenal AKM Lower Handguard Retainer Ring Assembly or HANDGUARD RETAINING BRACKET AK/AKM and SAIGA would fit the MPAP and allow me to put this MOE® AKM Hand Guard – AK47/AK74.
