    Bands are good too. But I like me some bells plus if I run out of ammo I can William Wallace an mfer with a 10 lb barbiebell. Of course If I have a strong enough band I could make one hell of a slingshot.

    Key thing for me is just making sure I take the time to incorporate 15 -30 minutes a day doing something.
